A sweet concord of deep rich color, powerful aromatics reminiscent of a vineyard at harvest. A sweet balanced attack, smooth mid-palate, and lingering finish.


(Sweet) “Sweet Banshee” $18/$12/$6

Sweet Catawba saturated in a bouquet of honey. Honey and citrus flavors dominate through the attack and mid-palate, culminating in a distinctive citrus finish.


(Semi-Sweet) “Slainte” $18/$6

Irish for “Cheers” made from “Geisenheim”, a light bodied, thin skinned, cool climate grape originally from the Mosel region of Germany. Reminiscent of Gewürztraminer and Riesling.


(Dry, Full Body Red) “Limerick” $22/$6

Iconic Cabernet Sauvignon, Limerick presents aromas of dark berries, vanilla, and bell pepper that dominate the aromatics. Tart cherries, vanilla, a bakers chocolate culminate with an almost smoky oak mid-palate. High acidity and moderate tannins lead to a long bright finish.


(Dry, Full Body Red) “ABU” $22/$6

A deep red “Amarone“ style wine, rich with dark cherry and dark berry notes layered in a floral bouquet. Dark berries, chocolate, and leather complete the attack and mid-palate, all punctuated with a long rich finish.


(Dry White) “Banshee”$18/$6

Catawba made bone dry. The aromatics are sublime and provide all of the sweetness this wine will ever need. The flavors exhibit the mineral notes of an old world Pinot Gris with a wonderful citrus finish.


Sherry Fortified Wine 16% ABV $22/$12

Made form Steuben grapes using traditional Spanish methods. This Sherry boasts a mixed nutty aroma and a sweet almost honey flavor. Fortified with alcohol distilled from the wine. Available in a Cream Sherry version “Lucky Charm”, or less sweet version, “Castlebar.”
